We have been in the market to expand our golden family, looking very meticulously for another male candidate that fit the characteristics we have in mind. As you know, I (Kayla) am still located in South Korea at the moment, and will be returning to Hawaii in June. Now, we do not have any confirmation of Nova's pregnancy yet (hopefully soon!)
We have been in contact with some *very reputable breeders here in South Korea. We have are in the middle of sealing the deal on a potential stud we would like to bring home in June next this year. Our potential stud is a national show champion from Korea, and comes from an indisputably unique and prestigious line. We are excited to hopefully welcome this new fellow into our program in the future. He has gotten preliminary hip and elbow testing done, and his parents have great OFA results. We are excited to be able to introduce him to you guys very soon.
- Nova and her current stud have had their genetic test specimens sent off to the lab, so we should be getting results of that any day now as well.
